Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for digital purchases from Aim Warmup. Please read the product description and the sample report on the Deep Aim Analysis page before placing an order.
All sales are final. Because Deep Aim Analysis is a digital feature that is made available after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or a decision not to use the feature.
What the purchase includes
Deep Aim Analysis is a premade, browser-based software feature. The listed purchase is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the feature. It does not include consultations, custom development, or personalized coaching. The example report on the product page is illustrative; each report uses results from the customer's own supported drill.
Legal rights and payment-provider decisions
This policy does not limit any refund or other consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Lemon Squeezy processes payments as the merchant of record and may issue refunds under its own buyer terms or at its discretion. If Lemon Squeezy's terms or applicable law provide a refund, those requirements take precedence over this policy.
Access or payment problems
If your purchase is not recognized or you cannot access the feature, email support@aimwarmup.com and include the email address used at checkout and your order number. Do not send full payment-card details. We will help investigate access problems. For a refund request or a payment-processing question, use the support contact shown in your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
